Budget optimization. On average, companies that automate logistics processes annually save up to 20-25% of the previously budgeted amount. For example, the company we started working with back in 2013 saved $1.8 million on logistics in the first year alone, which is 18% of the annual budget. This result was achieved through the centralization of procurement of transport services and the eradication of corruption schemes. Prior to the introduction of the system, each branch ordered the service from "their" carriers, giving them the best flights at good prices. On average, each branch had 3-5 contractors. After centralization, the company had more than 70 carriers who simultaneously received information about orders. Through some improvements, we excluded the possibility of transferring orders to specific carriers. In return, they received competition among suppliers, which led to a decrease in logistics costs.
